For what I remember Gnrh and GH are realise in a pulsatil fashion because if is continues the receptor will not do what the hormone tell it to do.

it means,no. of receptors decrease inspite of the abundance of hormone. think of insulin receptor downregulation & insulin resistance. pulsatile release prevents downregulation of receptors. |
