I think its D as well (FEV1/FVC).....b/c the ratio decreases in obstructive pulmonary disease....also TLC increases in obstructive lung diseases (which would b hard to measure cuz it has residual volume in it - can not b measured with a spirometer)
whereas in restrictive pulmonary disease the FEV1/FVC ratio either remains teh same or slightly increases |
