More on murmurs
On auscultation there is a crescendo-decrescendo systolic ejection murmur. ECG shows LVH. The patient's ventricular systolic pressure is much higher than the systolic pressure in the arteries. What type of cardiac lesion is this?

Your patient has a bp reading of 180/80 mm Hg, and presents with water-hammer pulses. ECG suggests LVH, and there are narrow, deep Q waves. Auscultation reveals a diastolic high-pitched blowing murmur. Name the cardiac lesion.
