Pharmacology NBME shelf exam

I am preparing to take the Pharmacology NBME soon, and I was wondering if anybody could tell me what practice questions can I do that closely resemble the shelf exam?

I did pre-test, it's a bit harder but if you can do that then the shelf will be easier. It's good to go over the answers very carefully, that's where I did most of my learning.
