peds q

A previously healthy 7-year-old child suddenly complains of a headache and falls to the floor. When examined in the emergency room, he is lethargic and has a left central facial weakness and left hemiparesis with conjugate ocular deviation to the right. Which of the following is the most likely diagnosis?
A. Hemiplegic migraine
B. Supratentorial tumor
C. Todd's paralysis
D. Acute subdural hematoma
E. Acute infantile hemiplegia
