    CATCH 22 :
    C = Cardiac anomaly ( transposition )
    A= Abnormal facies
    T= Thymic Aplasia
    C=Cleft Palate
    H=Hypocalcemia ( due to Parathyroid hypoplasia )
    22 = 22 q 11 deletion

    Kawasaki Disease symptoms :

    CRASH and BURN :
    C - Conjunctivitis
    R- Rash
    A- Adenopathy
    S- Strawberry tongue
    H- Hands and feet and red swollen with flaky skin
    BURN = Fever > 40 C, for greater than 5 days.

    If you had seen a child with Kawasakis you will never forget it!

    Age to Drink= Down's Syndrome ( 21)
    Age to vote in Elections = Edwards Syndrome (18)
    Age of Puberty = Patau's Syndrome ( 13)
