I think it's (D) intussuception
I don't think 10 yr old would suffer from peptic ulcers (even with + family Hx). Appendicitis pain wouldn't cause belly aches for 2 years (it's more acute than that). The kid is too old for meckels, and it is usually painless.
Edit: I just did a similar question on UW. I now think the answer might be (a). Intussusception is usually an acute/sudden condition. This kid has been having belly aches for 2 years. Also there is a family hx. So maybe peptic ulcer (a)?? But usually pain of peptic ulcer is associated with meals...not sure.
