child who pass out crying

Sorry I don't remember the question in detail, but there was a question on one of the NBME exam about a child crying after his mother stopped him from climbing ont he table and then passing out and having a seizure. What is the diagnosis.
Could this be Tetralogy of fallot???

I am not sure what's the exact diagnosis.

but, i don't think is tetralogy of fallot. Tetralogy of fallot is cyanotic congenital heart disease. symptoms and signs are different as what you trying to describe.

D/D:Apneic Spell:Premature Baby
