Goljan Rapid Review or Kaplan Pathology

Hello there,

I decided to pick Goljan over Kaplan book, but it seems to be too much, almost twice as much as Kaplan and besides there is no slide show as there is in kaplan video.

I have finished 5 big chapters and feel like I could have gone through half of Kaplan by now.

for those who have had such experience, do you recommend to stick to Goljan or switch to Kaplan?

Is Goljan too much and overwhelming for step 1?

Would Kaplan be enough for Step 1?

I appreciate your input.

Rico

If you are talking about his step1 pathology book.
That book is what you need for step1. He teach you Pathology and at the same time combine the other areas that you need to pass step1.

He has a new edition that has some pictures and illustrations.
Now have this in mind. YOU and ONLY you know what is the best book that works for you. There are some books that are really good, but for some reason you do not understand them, and another book that people say is not so good you may benefit from reading it.
At the end is what works for you.
MHO is Goljan is the way to go.
Good luck on your test
