That disrupts desmosomes (maculae adherentes) which following is most likely to be decreased?

a. adhesion of epidermal cells to basal lamina
b.cohesion btw adjacent keratinoctyes
c. number of melanocytes
d.proliferation of keratinocytes
e. thickness of stratum corneum

is it a. adhesion of epidermal cells to basal lamina which is destructed in bullous pemphgoid?
