#8 triki question

You have a patient that comes to the ER with flank pain, very painfull, the wilfe of the patient says that he went to the doctor because he was feeling disconfort in his chest, the doctor made a ECG and refer him to a cardiologist, he did not went and now he has this episode of flank pain that he never had before, the lab of that day says that he has Ca in 11 and stones + in the urine .

What is the first thing you do?

Hidrate the patient, is sound stupid but a lot of questions you will go with the medication that is the obious but if in the question stem they ask what is the first thing you do the answer allways will be Hidrate, AND IT MAKE SENSE
