Transfer from Osteopathic to Ross???????

A former fellow classmate was recently dismissed from class due to a technicality regarding procedures handling deceleration. I know he is interested in attending a foreign medical school to complete his training but is rather depressed currently and is not actively pursuing a transfer. He has already completed 1 and half years of osteopathic medical school. He was dismissed with only 2 weeks left in the 4 semester.

Does Ross U. accept units completed at an American Osteopathic School?????

Are you the one that I am looking for?

Hey. I think that it is pretty funny that people always say things like this, my friend, my classmate, etc, etc. When in reality, we all know that s/he who wrote this thing is the one.

Anyway, don't give up. Just keep trying. If that is what you want to be, don't give up. You should contact the admission office directly, and ask them those questions directly. If you feel shy about calling them, write them an email.

Transfer from DO school

Honestly, I would not transfer out of the DO school here's why. Dude, you are in the US so stay in the US. Ross accepted students from DO schools up to 4th year and had them go to the island to start 1st semester. AUA also accepted students from DO schools up to 4th year, these students pay tuition for school and when they got there they were told to teach their fellow students or fail. The thing is how can they fail when they already passed the semester at the DO school. Some of these students are stuck. Who do they complain to, if you stay in the US you have more of a support system with US laws.

please do NOT resurrect posts for its own sake. This post is 5 years old and no longer relevant in light of the *many* other posts on this topic since. The only time it would be reasonable to do this if there were new and relevant information that wasn't better suited to a more recent thread. Locking.
