Generally osteopathic schools will only accept transfer students from other osteopathic schools... you might be able to get some advanced standing (not have to take come classes in the basic sciences curriculum), but I would imagine that you would likely have to start as an OMS-1 in order to complete the osteopathic and manipulation portions of the curriculum. Still, the best thing to do would be to contact the DO schools yourself and ask them... you never know what they will say.
