Worstening of symptoms

Hi everyone,

I have a quick question and was wondering if anyone could help me out. I never had any pain with menses until I was diagnosed with a ruptured ovarian cyst when I was 19. Since then and every year afterwards, I had increasing abdominal pain to the point that I was unable to move or do anything for a couple day during my period. Besided the delebilating pain, I had nausea, back pain, dizziness, extreme fatigue, gass, stomach upset, headaches and bloating during my period and through out the month, sometimes with extreme stabbing pain always in the same spot where my ruptured ovarian cyst was (over my right ovary)...I went to see my doctor and he first started my on Ketoprofen (an NSAID) then it stopped working and the pain was getting worse so I was put on a narcotic for the pain (Vicodin) and even that just dulls the pain and I can still feel sharp stabs here and there. Recently I noticed that I have a decreased appetite and have been eating less but I am not losing weight, instead I actually gained weight and I feel constantly like there is a "pressure" in my abdomen and urinary frequecy. I have never be pregant but at times it feels like what I can describe as me being three months pregnant. I am only 24 and I don't think I can go on bearing to live with all these symptoms? People might think I'm crazy, but I'm not. DOes anyone have any ideas what this may be?

might be endometriosis - better yet, go and see your gyn or get a second opinion from another doctor
