Does a Time release B complex slowly get absorbed in your body over a long period

    Advertisements

Im wondering if a Time release vitamin B complex slowly get absorbed in your body through out the day for like a period of 6 hours or more. or does it just get absorbed in the first two hours of taking it which enables it to work for a period 6 hours or more.

because im wondering in case of taking a prescription medication which states not to take b complex or any multivitamins and supplements with in two hours of each dose of the prescription as to not interact with the abosroption.

Hence if it gets slowly absorbed over a long period it would effect the abosrption, wouldnt it.

In my opinion also it's takes the time to absorbing into the body. Vitamin b plays a vital role in cell metabolism, it generates the energy from carbohydrates. Taking the fruits which are containing the vitamin b are more helpful to your health.
