Here is a summary: Advantages: 1. Eating dirt is the same concept as eating yogurt for stomach upset. Dirt can bind and cleanse out toxins. 2. Dirt is a source of mineral and mineral supplements are a new phenomenon in America. 3. Dirt might contain termites and termites are delicious and nutritious. 4. Eating dirt builds up the immune system because it makes the immune develop antibodies to different antigens. 5. Dirt has kaolin the same ingredient as in Maalox and Rolaids. This helps nausea and vomiting. If you are taking Maalox or Rolaids it is the same as you are eating dirt but don't know it. Disadvantages: 1.
