Spiders no problem, only mosquitos not carrying any disease though..

laundry is right in the dorm area..I don't know how much it costs, but there are a few ladies regularly come to dorm and pick up your laundry, wash, and bring it back for a nominal fee...I used that service exclusively when I lived in dorms, I liked it very much. She also folds your clothes...but I've remembered now, she does not wash underwares...

I heard that there are no snakes in the Island. There are certainly spiders and bugs, but common, it is a tropical island here. What else do you expect? Nothing serious happens, belive me.
