Thumbs up Starting Premed 1 in Jan ’07.
Hey guyz, I’m starting my pre-med 1 in January 07. Just got my acceptance package… man was that fast. I had my interview on a Friday and come Monday, my package for hanging from my apartment door! So glad that Gardner office doesn’t let you hanging around for ages eh...
Anyone else admitted for Jan 07 pre-med 1? Lets talk .................

congrats, I had my interview for jan 07 on thursday (just 1 day before u) and I too got my package in just 2 days (I got mines on saturday).

It's all very exciting eh? Recieving that big envelope with the first few pages saying "Congradulations".

Congrats to you too belal1. I think the way it works is that admissions committee makes their partial decision before they even call you for the interview... that is after going over your paper work. ‘Cause they sent me an email before the interview asking me about my lack of orgo in college… but I guess they were ok when I reminded them that I’m in fact applying for the per-med.

Thanks. I guess your right. I kinda felt the same way because when they called me the first thing they asked me if It was ok that they would bump me down to january 07 instead of the sept 06 which I had put as my first choice. I knew right there that I had the provisional acceptance right there.

Well, thats not too bad belal1. It will just give u more time to prepare for
classes... I purposely applied for Jan 07 'cause I do need some time to study up for classes since my b.s. degree is in computer science... so jan will be perfect.

One of my friends and I plan to apply for the Jan 07 session. I'm guessing the September session is already filled. Hopefully everything works out. Any tips or advice would be appreciated.
