call the state medical board you are interested in getting licensed in and ask them directly..
many dont have premed requirements at all..
ur best source of accurate info will be directly from the horses mouth..
the medical board..
we can sit here and speculate all we want till the cows come home.. but still wont mean anything.. so go to the source.. its too important of an issue to rely on some anon forum for accurate answers..

difficult

This is a very difficult task. Really, you'll never honestly know until you're at that stage. Calling and asking depends on the competence of whoever is giving you answers, which is probably why you're getting different answers. You could try reading the legalese on the State Licensing website. Some have detailed information of what is required (New York). A good gauge is to research licensed grads from your school.

I was not aware that even though you finished med school and passed all the steps you would still be denied a liscence because you are missing a course. If that is the case, why would the university let you graduate in the first place if you are missing an important part of your education?
