Regarding core clerkship patient logs, do we report on each and every single patient, even if we had very little contact with them or just on the patients we actively work with? Some pts leave within 24 hrs; so I'm not sure what to do. How many pts in general should be reported? 10? 20? Thx

id record all my daily patient interactions personally.. anyone u follow as a student.. but thats me and i can be anal..
...ask the clinical dept at school for the most correct answer...
