in Shreveport there is a place called "Valueplace" it is 4 min by car to Brentwood. Its 200 bucks a week and you get a kitchen with a stove top and big fridge. High speed internet and cable TV and a nice bed to sleep on. The place isn't busy and its well worth the 200 bucks a week.. Give this place serious consideration.
