I was wondering what students doing clinicals have as a cell phone/home phone plan while they are doing their rotations.. I just cant seem to find something other than vonage..

Ideally, I would like to call back home ( canada) and use the phone in any state that I go to with minimum or no charge.

So what deals have you guys found that are most economical and practical?
