What cities are the rotations in? Any in the ATL area?

well from what i heard they have rotations at Dekalb Medical Center, all cores but OB/GYN... its just a rumor might want to check up on that

where can u do ob/gyn then?

bump! can anyone in Georgia update us on clinicals and locations and whether they are hospital based OR clinic based

I did pediatrics in Atlanta, it is 90% out patient and 10% in patient. The in patient work is just newborn physical exams. DeKalb actually doesnt have a pediatrics floor therefore you obviously cannot be see pediatric in patients with diseases. The out patient experience is working in a pediatrician doctors office 9-5 which was good, I mean I learned a lot but of course the rotation is still missing that core component of in patient teaching.

Any one have information on OB/GYN at Southern Regional?
