Thread: Whats Houma like?

All of the students here on Nevis and I'm sure some that are in clinicals now would love to here from some students already in clinicals. So if you are there now or have already finished please post some of your experiences here about Houma.

i dont know yet, but I will be starting in march there, so i can tell you after that...

My husband and I did all of our rotations at Houma. It was fun and the people were wonderful. Houma has everything you could really want and if you can't find it there then drive about a hour to the French Quarter. The hospital is big enough but not too big. You don't get lost in the shuffle. People get to know you from rotation to rotation.

It was a great experience and loved every minute there. Of course there are always a few boot holes... but that is everywhere.
