Goldsboro

I know you can do psych rotation in Goldsboro. You can also do a sub-internship elective in Goldsboro. I friend of mine did his 6 weeks of psych and a 4 week elective.

People have done other rotations, but I think they have set them up themselves.

MUA contract with Goldsboro

MUA has a contract with Goldsboro to do psych. They are greenbook. I think there are others, but this is the main one they send people to and able to accomodate our medical students.

hey everyone,

Wow 3rd yr almost over. I'm starting my Psych rotation at Broughton Hospital in Morganton, NC next week. We have 2 psych rotations in NC and 1 in Oklahoma I believe but that's it for Psych, unless you can do psych at Houma.

Pray for me...step 2 on july 2.

rifster

Yes rifster we definately pray for you. I thought psych rotation was the first thing rotation, and that you dont need USMLE for psych rotation.
