Popular Clinical Sites?

Where do students do most of their clinicals?? (What state) How many times do they bounce around?? Can you do all your core rotations in one state?

When you get your acceptance package you get a list of clinical sites around the U.S. and what hospitals offer which rotations. As of right now, you can expect to go to various different sites to complete your rotations unless you have a family and request to remain in the same geographic area.

I guess it also depends on your own flexibility

If the whole greenbook deal isn't a problem for you, in terms of the fact that you don't have a specific state you want to practice in (because each has their own rules), then you could do them all in one state. I and my 2 roomates did all of our rotations, core and electives in one state. To be honest, not all of my rotations are greenbook, but i managed to go back to back, which was what had wanted to do. Again, it depends on your willingness to move and to wait.

also depends on if you want to move around..
i set up my electives all over the country, but i wanted to move around and be in certain states at certain times of the yr... school had nothing to do with all my movin around.. different factors that come into play.. everyones situation is unique..
