Thread: Roommate Wanted

Great place located on Nisbett Plantation no more than 10 min drive to school and about 30 min walk to school. At most, 10 min walk to Nisbete beach and the best pizza shop on the island located in front.

This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house. A living room, dining room, kitchen, washroom, and very large back yard. House is gated and in a very nice and safe area not far from Rawlins dorms (about 10 min walk as well.)

Rent is only 330 USD plus utilities which are internet, gas, and electricity.

HERE IS THE GRITTY PART!
Currently occupied by Med 2 and Med 3 student who excel and study hard. Nearly every minute of our time out of class is spent at home studying. THEREFORE it is imperative that only students with same serious QUIET study habits apply. We are willing to help each other out as we are all on the same boat with same goal in mind.

We each pay roughly 50 ec total for Internet and water. Electricity as you know varies on the island, but that too is divided between the 3 of us. Let me know if u would like any more info.
