Hi, I have an apartment at James Brown available for rent ASAP. It has one bedroom, living room/kitchen, and one bathroom. There is a porch in the front (with a view of the ocean) and in the back. You have your own washing machine. Nice stove, microwave, and refrigerator. Cable TV and internet are included in the price.

The apartment is a short walk to school, a 1 minute walk down the street to the beach, and all of the apartments in the building are occupied by students so you will always be able to get a ride, be around people, yet still have your own quiet place to study.
