volunteering, shadowing...whatever..

please I need some info on where I can find volunteering services or where I could shadow a physician because i will be graduating in January and residency won't start till July and I would love to keep some medical info fresh in my memory before I start residency so please let me know if you can help or have any vital information to share as to what I should do. I live in the NJ/NY area.Thanks.
