When can IMG start moonlighting in maryland?

Depends on several factors
1- The state: most state will let you moonlight when you are in 3 year, others in 2 year. 2- The hospital: Some hospitals lets you moonlight with them,but not with other hospital unless you are in 3 year. That was the case of a friend of mine. 3-what stephew say
