personal agendas for people
Hello,
I previously brought up that np and pa are trying to set up their own clinics and in many cases have no supervising doctor. I was working at a comm health center and a obst. nurse pract was seeing patients a whole day and no ob attending was in the building. I consider this dangerous and unacceptable yet the same characters who testify about doctors from certain schools should not get licenses in certain states say nothing about this. That is because the issue is personal with them. Clearly unsupervised extenders practicing independently is poor quality of care. If it was your wife or mother would you want a pregnancy visit that is not supevised by an ob attending. regards, fammed2002 |
