Hi everyone, check this link, it's to an agency in Sweden. They offer english programs in Gdansk, Wroclaw and Warsaw for those who are interested...It's not only Med schools, even dentistry and psychology. So check this out :-)! I'm applying through this agency myself. Theres an admission test in Stockholm and Gothenburg (in Sweden) in june and an interview you need to pass before you get the enrollment. You don't need top grades, but at least 50 % in physics, chemistry and biology.
Selection Committee in Scandinavia - University Medical Schools In Poland I hope this helps! :-)

Actually... Selection Committee in Scandinavia does not offer applicants to study medicine at Warsaw, only psychology. However, they offer medical studies at Wroclaw and Gdansk (not sure about dentistry). However, SC is not doing a very good job when it comes to providing consistent and accurate information. For example, according to one of their pamphlets regarding their services they state that an entrance exam is required to study at Wroclaw and Gdansk. In an email one of the founding members of SC told me that only Gdansk had entrance exams, and later I found out that another person contacted them and asked about entrance exams, but this time they said that there is no entrance exams to any of the schools (?), and I never received any information about an interview following the exams. If you choose to apply through SC you have to pay an administrative fee of approximately $460 (3000 Swedish crowns). However, they only seem to deal with admissions and nothing more (like arranging residency in Scandinavia, etc.)

Hi,
I visited the homepage of Gdansk Medical University at some point and read that direct applications would not be accepted from Scandinavians, that means we HAVE to go through SC. Does anyone know if this really is the case? Borg |
