Hey, I will be subletting my apartment starting Friday, Jan. 27th for 12 weeks.

The apartment is only 2 yrs old, very secure, and it is literally a 1 minute walk from the building to the hospital lobby. It is incredibly convenient to live so close because you can come home during the day when ever you get free time, and are not stuck at the hospital.

It is a 2 bedroom, one bath with hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. There is also laundry in the basement of the building, so you won't be lugging your dirty laundry 2 blocks in the freezing cold and wasting hours at the laundromat, like everyone else!

The other bedroom will be occupied by my current male roommate who is also rotating at Wyckoff, he is very quiet, easy to get along with, and very clean. The apartment is completely furnished with brand new furniture and has everything you will need. My bedroom is the larger of the two and is also fully furnished with a double memory foam bed, desk, leather office chair, side tables, lamps, mirror, etc. Pretty much all you need to do is move in!

The price is $800 per month + utilities (gas, electric & internet). This apartment is honestly one of the best in the whole neighborhood and I am telling you right now that you will not find anything even remotely as nice as this place...and I am really not just saying that to get this place rented. There are a lot of run down buildings in the area charging $700+ a month! Anyways if you are interested send me PM with your phone # & email.
