Thread: Polish Visa

I was accepted and will be flying to Poland on September, but encountered two problems getting my student visa, I was asked to provide my insurance information and a bank statement both which I lack.
So I was wondering what kind of insurance you guys got for the visa to be approved, and how much should be in my bank?

I just applied...waiting on an answer from Embassy of Poland. I did submit my last 3 bank statements, as I do not have insurance coverage, I did not send but I let them know. However, on the Visa Letter sent by MUL, they have stated that the students are provided medical insurance by the school. Maybe you can talk to the Polish Embassy and let them know I will let you know once I receive an answer from Polish Embassy.

Thanks for the heads up, really helpful, I know it's weird to ask, but I was wondering if there's any clue as to how much money should I have in my account in the bank statement to make it easier for approval? I'm not exactly the richest kid in town, and is depending on financial aid to pay for my studies, hopefully it doesn't become a setback for my visa applying process

I do not know about how much money one should be having in their bank account, in-order to get an Polish Student Visa, but I think you can show your Parents bank statements as well, depending on your age. You can call and find out....

click on Consulate tab and then click on Visas to Poland, and then follow the instructions, for student visa is National Visa Application, and then call your nearest Embassy for appointment... this is for U.S.
