i had a horrible experience in prusa..when i moved in to my apartment, i wasn't given any keys.the owner nor HMI wanted to get me keys. imagine moving into a new apartment and not getting keys to anything. so eventually i had to get the keys made myself. rooms are over priced considering polish residents pay 400zl in TBV. while moving out the owner tried to take my deposit money so that he could renovate the apartment with it. utility prices are really expensive in prusa (paid about 300zl/month jus for utilities), especially in winter when prices can go up around 800zl/month..i recommend looking at chozki apartments or TBV

utility prices are really expensive in prusa (paid about 300zl/month jus for utilities) - For a flat maybe...And that is quite normal.

especially in winter when prices can go up around 800zl/month.

The utilities are being paid on the meter. If someone goes crazy with overheating the apt, yes it might be so, but it is RARE if not UNIQUE. The meters are being written down on the day of your arrival and you can always calculate the fees yourself since the rates are given. Just multiply the usage difference by the rate. That shd be done before making such statement... Sorry.

it means that when i moved into my flat, i wasn't given keys because the previous tenant lost them. the owner didn't want to spend money to remake the keys. so I eventually had borrow my roommates keys and get them copied myself. just speaking from personal experience..its also a common theme because my roommates were in the same scenario as well..

also speaking from personal experience.. even my HMI representative told me.. but my representative wouldn't take my deposit money because she knows the flat was much cleaner after i moved in..

prusa does have great location though if your in first year because its right beside the anatomy building.. i would prefer chodzki (closer to second year classes) or tbv (close to classes and a new building)

well this is just from my experience living at prusa for a few terms.. i dont work for anyone..im just a student studying... why are you taking what I say so personally? unless you're under the prusa payroll...
