Thread: Has anyone had california rotations yet?

Theres rumors that some people are doing electives in cali but can anyone actually confirm that? Our school is promising Cali rotations but no word yet.

I heard that it will be introduced later this year or next. It's not official though. They are still working it out. It will be great for students from California.

I also heard (not sure how accurate) that HMI is focusing on getting Silesia CA- accredited before attempting to secure rotation sites. It would make sense since that would = more students to fill said spots. I know I heard something about one of their present hospitals not being happy because they were not filling the spots reserved for them for rotations... but that might be dated info, not sure.
Not holding my breath as far as official HMI rotations in CA, in either case -__-;

I talked to HMI recently and they quote told me they are in the process of getting Arizona rotations.

I'd prefer bakersfield...
