    what is the difference between regular 4 year program and bis 4 year program?
    and what does bis stand for?

    Bis starts in feb
    regular 4 year starts october

    i'd suggest against the bis, though. From what i've heard you kinda mix classes in effect taking the second half of yr 1, then the first... and i think they do their finals in the winter vs summer (more time to forget the material from spring), etc
