    1) If you ask about the med program in English, they dont have CMB approval, but if you ask about native language program, both have :
Welcome to the Medical Board of California - Medical Schools Recognized by the Medical Board of California

    2) Do they have NBME exams really? Its supposed to establish US system of teaching and to prepare you for USMLE exams. None of the schools in this region are in full compliance with US system, but to have exams in NBME format is a good indicator. Even if you dont feel satisfied with the tests you will find in the school, you can directly purchase from NBME your own trial exams as many as you like for self assessment for little fees

PS: The one that has CMB approval AND provides a quality education AND a future in US for most of its grads is Jagiellonian.

Hey! I'm in first year of the 4 year MD program at the Medical University of Lodz and yes there are NBME exams- some are self-assessment at this point and others are used as your final mark in the class. They are transitioning so that all final exams are NBME style used as your final mark. I wrote my first NBME exam 2 weeks ago. This is a good way to prep you for USMLE as well as keep you on the same level as students in American Medical schools. The school prepares you well for the USMLE as long as you put the effort in to study on your own. We have had many success stories from the school with graduates ending up in both the US and Canada for residency and among them some have managed to score in the 99th percentile on the USMLE. There are great people here studying from all around the world- and even though- like all med schools it gets stressful and there's alot to study- it's actually enjoyable! Especially if your passionate about medicine.

make sure when are talking to people on this thread that actual students from the school are answering questions and not those that have NOO idea about it.
