Thread: Did anyone get an email about federal loan cancellation?

Hello,
I was admitted to start next september 2011, and just recieved an email from MUL this week, that federal loans are suspended for incoming students for the 2010/2011 school year due to President O's new healthcare acts???? Did any incoming student get this email? What are the choices left for payment of tuition? Any help will be appreciated. I am desperate.Thanks

I've heard they were cancelled. But cant verify for sure.
Can anyone clarify this?
I've still seen their name on the U.S. federal student loan code.
I've also been told that AIM is no longer affiliated with MUL.

I dont believe the cancellation of federal loans was due to "O's healthcare plans."
Rather they have more to do with the politics of a previous organization called AIM and the drama between AIM and MUL.
