Thread: Lodz interviews

Hey all, just wondering if anyone knows how the interview process is? I am supposed to have the preliminary phone interview next week. What type of stuff do they ask (pretty standard stuff i assume), how long does it take for them to notify you of acceptance, etc....

how importance is fluency in the local language? i know only english and hindi and russian
