Thread: Gdansk Prague and Krakow. Entrance exam just a formality?

Hello!

I´ve applied to Gdansk, Krakow and Prague (6 year program).
I will have to go through an entrance exam for Gdansk and Krakow university. From what i´ve heard the entrance exam for Gdansk is just a formality... everyone is accepted. Is that correct? How about Krakow?

From the three universities... which one is the best? can someone rank them? I´m looking forward to your answers---

Which city is best to live in? Should I apply somewhere else also?
Any university that you recommend(other than these three).

Please help me out... i cant make up my mind where to go..

If you want a great city then Prague is your answer. I'm sure other cities offer a lot, but Prague is quite a popular tourist destination

Hungary also has some great english taught programmes.

In terms of your choice, well that depends on where you want to practice and your finances.
If I have read your post correctly you said only Krakow and Gdansk have entrance exams. Prague has one too. But how come you don't have to sit it?
