Is everyone granted an ineterview? I was told to call someone at Gardner and just schedule an interview and mail in my application. I was just curious if everyone is granted one or is my excitement justified?

I just had my interview. They said " we aren't try to kill you so don't worry just trying to get to know you!"They asked me:
1. my name social address
2. why I want to be a doctor
3. What do I know about Nevis/MUA
4. If a woman was dying of ovarian cancer wanted to be euthanized what would i do
5. would I be able to travel for clinical rotation.
6. my clinical/volunteer experiences
7. when I planned on finishing courses that I was missing (orgo 1/2)
8. What would I bring to the medical field
9. Do I have any questions

- told me information about the school, USMLE pass rates, clinical, financial information.
- complimented me on my grades right away, asked me if i would finish the courses if provisionally accepted. Also complimented me on my answer regarding euthanasia. Bob told me " to have a good weekend and to --relax-- they'd mail out something as soon as possible or when he gets back to the office on tuesday"..

IS this good? am I accepted? I thought I had a good interview with SABA but they rejected me, so I was curious.

Mine was also along similar lines. I think you should be OK. I also thought mine went positive and just got my provisional acceptance letter yesterday. Just relax and wait for the mail to arrive . Good luck!

I had the identical interview on wednesday and they emailed me later that day and told me I was in. Now I have to decide where to go.

I sort of feel bad for you now. I hope you get in with a provisional.

MUA requirements:

General Biology or Zoology One academic year.
Inorganic Chemistry One academic year, including labs.
Organic Chemistry One academic year, including labs.
Physics (recommended) One academic year.
English One academic year.

Badger: they emailed you the same day? Did they say they were going to contact you the same day or had they stated something else? how long after did they email you?

They told me they would meet and then mail something out. I got the email about 4 hours later. I applied for May though, so maybe they wanted to let me know sooner.
