Suggestion:
I am a med 4 student so if this ever happens i will not be around to see it, but just a thought. Perhaps when the new building is finished the school should make one of the old buildings into a clinic, and perhaps Dr. Rawlings could move his clinic onto the MUA campus. Maybe then students could see patients with Dr. Rawlins more often. just a thought By the way I think its great That we are now gaining a lot more clinical experience before we leave the island.! Thanks Dr. T

Schools already on it...

Schools been trying to work out the clinic deal with the local government, and has been for some time now...just a matter of the pieces falling into place....

dean i am going to be med 1 student in september 08, one of the biggest problem we r having is loans right now. I know everyone is working hard to get this problem fixed. But Just incase if there is no loans before september, me and my parents can manage the first semesters tuition and living, but hopefully it will be fixed, but just incase it doesnt ,do you think there will definitely be something done before the january semester?

Hi
Manim, the only advice i cud give is,work hard and get a good grade in med1/premed1.I have a feeling that the school loans would be performance based,i doubt the school can finance too many ppl.And i would agree with the school if they do that.Equinox is risking its money, they would want to make sure that you have wat it takes to make thru the program and return the loan money.Get here and Work Hard.
btw,this is just speculation.
