Question How is this possible

I ONLY want current sudents to reply

I know someone who just got accepted for spring 2006 WITH OUT any interview... now here is the question, how did this school accept a student without an interview?

This gives rise to my second question which is:
1. Can their students practice in FL, NY and TX etc.?
2. Which states can their students NOT practice?
According to the school, their students can practice in ANY state but CA. Is that true?.

I dont mean any harm by these questions, i'm just a worried about my friend taking a wrong step by going to this school and not being able to practice in U.S and ending up wasting his 4 years...

Thumbs up

Your friend won't be wasting 4 years by attending our school. I am a current student at MUA -Belize and this school is legitimate.

We have been told by our Dean (Dr. ***** ********) that we will not be able to do clinical rotations in CA, Texas, New York and Florida (but you may do ur elective and residency in Florida).

I'm not sure if there is a website which states this, but the present students were given this information in our monthy SGA (Student Government Association) meetings.

As for the interview, I'm not sure why she did not have one. When I was accepted I had an interview. They may have changed their policy for acceptance.

The best person to ask all of ur questions to, would be the Dean.

See now here is the problem. My friend was told that the students are allowed clinical rotation anywhere but in CA. They also told her that they currently have a student doing residensy in TX. so the question is why the school gave out the wrong information. I totally understand that this school is legit. and i like the fact that the second half(i think the 3rd semester onwards) they move you to a different campus where students can drive on a daily bases from El Paso to the university. That is about the ONLY good thing i found so far...

Anyway KS_16, since you are a current student there at beliz,
1. how are the living conditoins there?
2. What is the Step 1 Pass Rate? if you know
3. How is the Campus Over all?
4. How many students are there in your class?
5. Are you truly satisfied with the quality of education?
6. What kind of activities do they have? i mean GYM, Swimming poor etc.

You have mistaken our school with another one. We spend all our 5 semesters in Mua-Belize.

You might want to get the correct name of the school from you friend!

We wouldn't want the same mistake made again
