so what! is it the be all end all?

so NOT to waste everybody's time, can you expand on your post please. because this "lawsuit" has NOTHING to do from a student's perspective. NOTHING to do with the clinical program.NOTHING to do from a faculty member, or student. this would clear things up, and avoid the unneccasary fear mongering.BUT LOOKING at your posts you have a PERSONAL bias issues with the administrators. IT'S OKAY TO LET ALL THE DIRTY LAUNDRY AIR. BUT STOP SENSATIONALIZING IT BECAUSE THIS SO CALLED LAWSUIT HAS LITTLE IF NOTHING TO DO WITH THE STUDENTS ENROLLED. KNOW BEFORE I START GETTING THAT CR*P THAT I'M THE DEAN. THIS SO CALLED LAWSUIT IS ON THE INTERNET. YOU DON'T NEED NO SPECIAL LINK FROM DR.NATE HERE, JUST GOOGLE IT. IT'S JUST SOME FREAKING PRIVATE PARTY LAWSUIT. EITHER PARTY COULD WIN, OR IT COULD GET THROWN OUT, OR SETTLED. IT'S NOT THE F.B.I COMING BUSTING THREW. BOTTOMLINE: THE SCHOOL IS STILL OPEN FOR BUSINESS!

The lawsuit has everything to do with the students at MUA. As mentioned in the lawsuit, the ********s' took a loan for $1.8 million dollars from investors. The ********s said the loan was for maintaining MUA in Belize. Well, they decided to use it to pay off personal debt. So the students have been affected, because $1.8 million dollars should have been spent on maintaining the school. They are charged with fraud and have not paid the loan back.

you gone off the rails?

those sound like mere sensationalized allegations. it's not written in stone. the court system will hash it out. it could go both ways. you do'nt have the right to play judge, jury, executioner. besides. this lawsuit is news to you? is it not like 8 months old? besides show me where it states they were 'CHARGED with fraud". where is the police statement? or the rap sheet? you can get sued yourself for slander and defamation for making outrageous statements. it is an ACCUSATION from a private party. keep up the scare tactics, but do a better job of it. right now it sounds rather moronic of you to throw out "charges" .

It Is A Private Lawsuit. Not A Criminal Charge. Read It First Before You Get On Your High Horse. Just Try And Make Some Sense.

Ms. R, you seem a little touchy about the lawsuit? Are you two really in trouble AGAIN? Good luck winning that lawsuit!

This lawsuit speaks volumes for the level of integrity and character of the non-licensed "doctor" owners of MUA Belize. BEWARE!

Remember: MUA Belize has NO licensed graduates in America, NO licensed graduates in Belize AND, NO licensed graduates in any other country! NO buildings owned (rented rooms only), NO medical center or hospital, NO University affiliation, NO undergraduate programs, NO Masters programs, NO medical research, NO ACGME (Green book) approved clinical rotations, NO federal loan programs (either Belize or American), NO DOE approval, NO State approvals, NO CT, Doppler or any other medical technology, NO campus/ infrastructure etc...And all this despite the fact that they have been in existence since 2001! Obviously this is not much of a "Medical School". This couldn't be any more clear.
