Thread: Hurricane Felix

Felix is now passed Aruba and moving in the open ocean. Present projections take the storm into Belize south of where Dean came ashore. This puts MUA-B and CAHSU directly in the projected path of the storm. Felix is projected to be a high category 3 or a category 4 hurricane when it reches Belize. The fury of the storm will depend on how much of the storm catches the coast of Honduras. Please monitor the storm and be prepared. If you read this warning, please let other schools in Belize know about the storm.

Ambergeris Caye is a lovely place and has hopefully been spared any damage-it is very flat so I have no info if there were problems. Anthony-remember that neither the Drs. S or MUA-B own the building. They are frequently in arrears for rent, so much that the owner has locked them out on numerous occasions. Yossarrian
