Has anybody dealt with these companies/services? Are they worth the $500? How trustworthy are they? Will they keep coming up with more charges and fees after the original $500? Thanks in advance for your help!

    Thumbs up Very Professional Company

I have used Healthcare Licensing Services to obtain 3 medical licenses now, and each time they have been excellent to work with. I did some research before choosing to use their service, and I learned that they are one of the only licensing comapnies that actually operate from an office building, instead of someones house. They also license more Physicians than any other company. I recommend them very highly.

    State licensure

So many states have made their licensure process fairly user friendly. Just go to the state occupational/professional licensing website and fill the forms out yourself. Why do you want to pay a third party to do it??

    Time consuming process

My experience dealing with the state medical boards has been very frustrating and time consuming. Paying a small fee to have a professional complete the process for me makes much more sense than me spending hours of my own time filling out forms and collecting supporting documentation from every hospital that I have ever worked for, every university I have ever attended, and every state that I have ever been licensed. I highly recommend using a licensing service.

It's not that hard to complete the paperwork and file it yourself.

I did not pay any licensing agent I applied for california and NY licensing, do it myself last year, I guess I had no money as a resident. I also finish FSMB by myself. Not a complicate process at all
