    Walk for Health

    There is nothing better than walking. Walking a mile everyday, or taking reasonable exercise three times a week, promises to reduce the risk of heart disease, as well as strengthens bones and keeps them strong.

    we should eat fresh and healthy food and vegetables,
    which makes us healthy and also doing exercise...
    walking is the best way to good health and fitness ...

    By way of walking 30 minutes per day of many times of the week, you can start to see several health advantages. Walking just 3 times a week for half an hour can significantly improve cardiorespiratory fitness. Walking decreases the chance of breast and colon cancer. Walking assists alleviate symptoms of depression. Walking for Half an hour, three to five times per week for 12 weeks reduced the signs of depression symptoms.

    It's important to start slowly.... walking for a mile (or for half an hour) on the first day may not be a good idea! Begin with 10mins, and slowly increase the distance/time over the next few days.. And even when you reach the target (half an hour/one mile), every day walk slowly the first five minutes, then brisk pace, then the final five minutes again slow down...

    brisk walking or jogging/running.
    ordinary walking does nothing.
