    To maintain your health and diet eat fish, healthy vegetables, fruits and do exercise and running.

    Very nice, your just discussed a nice point but I wanna know that how to regulate them?
    I mean, if I take alcohol or coffee with these foods, what will be the effects?

    Anything in excess could be harmful for health - except vegetables, I suppose one can never take too many!
    But there should be a pattern to exercises, and exercising too much could be harmful to your heart.

    Good health what a great asset, simply we can't understand! When we some how lost our health, then we can feel. So before lost our health, we should try to maintain it.

    For a healthy diet you need to eat fresh vegetables, fruits, fish and pure water. But don't eat too much avoid over eating. Eat as much as you need. Keep on daily exercise and regular walk. You will surly able to maintain healthy life.

    For healthy diet there is also need of whole grains, vegetables, fruits and beans. It is good to eat sufficient amount of fish, chicken, nuts and meet for strong and healthy life. But every one should avoid red meat. Avoid white bread, white rice, and the like as well as pastries, sodas, and other high processed and high sugar food.

    strolling for a range (or for 50 percent an hour) on the first day may not be a wise decision, Start with 10 minutes, and gradually improve the distance/time over the next few times....
