Are you telling about the weight control solution?
Fish, fruits, and raw vegetables are good for the weight loss purposes.
If you want to achieve your weight loss goals quickly then you must add green tea and grapefruit juice in your routine diet.

I agree but everything should still be in moderation, that includes exercise and not all forms of exercise is for everybody so are fruits and veggies. You have to consider the age, health condition, and medications that are currently being taken by the individual. Like if you have gouty arthritis, you'll need to stay away from beans and legumes and running isn't really an advisable way to exercise.

There are many types of conditions that would need to be considered when prescribing a diet . Take for instance ppl with a history of Nephrolithiasis, in particular calcium oxalate kidney stones, they will need to be very careful when consuming peanuts, rhubarb, spinach, beets, chocolate and sweet potatoes. So yes, if there is an existing condition then it should be considered when adopting a new diet. And let's not forget to nourish the microbiome in our gut
Would like to see some interesting discussions on the subject !

    Cheers!
Stay fit and eat healthy !
